Welcome to SupplyGenius, an AI-powered platform for vendor bid extraction and analysis. We help companies compare vendor bids against baseline specifications, extract data from PDF documents using AI, and generate professional procurement analysis reports.

We collect user data solely for the functionality of our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Information We Collect

• Account and contact details (name, email)
• Project information, baseline specifications, and vendor bid documents you upload
• AI-extracted data from uploaded PDFs, including specifications, pricing, and compliance details
• Usage data and platform interactions
• Device and technical information (browser, IP address)

How We Use Your Information

• To extract and analyze specifications from uploaded PDF documents
• To compare vendor bids against baseline requirements and generate compliance scores
• To produce AI-powered analysis reports and vendor recommendations
• To monitor and improve the accuracy of our extraction and analysis features. We do not use your documents or data to train third-party AI models. See Security for details.

Document Handling

PDF documents you upload (baseline specifications and vendor bids) are processed by our AI to extract structured data. Uploaded documents are stored securely and associated with your project. We do not share your uploaded documents or extracted data with other users or third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the specific service providers needed to operate the platform (cloud hosting, AI processing, payments, email, and analytics), or as required by law. Cookies & Tracking

We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in; these are required for the platform to work. We also use PostHog to collect product analytics, such as which features you use and how you navigate the platform, to help us improve it. This does not include the content of your uploaded documents. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies for third-party advertising.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. Uploaded documents and extracted specifications are stored with the same level of protection as your account data. For details on our infrastructure, encryption, and access controls, see our Security page. If we confirm a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours.

Data Retention

We retain your account data, uploaded documents, and extracted specifications for as long as your account is active. When you request deletion of your account or specific project data, we delete it within 90 days. Deleted data may also persist in encrypted database backups for up to 7 days before being fully purged.
